RETURN WINDOW:
For U.S customers, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item or color:

  1. Please place a new order to secure availability.

  2. Then, initiate a return for the unwanted item.

SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES:

  • Initial shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong or damaged item.
  • First return is free. $10 restocking fee applies to the second and all future returns on the same order.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free of stains, deodorant or makeup marks
  • In original condition with tags attached

NON-RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Custom-made items
  • Final sale products
  • Items labeled “non-returnable” in the product description
  • Embroidered products (these are final sale)

COLOR VARIATIONS:
We aim for accurate color representation, but slight variations can occur and are not considered defects.
For color-specific concerns, contact us before placing your order.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP):
All GWP items must be included in your return to receive a full refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you believe your item is defective and you’d like to request an exchange:

 

    RETURN PROCEDURE

    To return your merchandise, please follow the steps below:

    1. Submit the Return Form
      Fill out the return request form below within 30 days of receiving your package.
    2. Receive Return Authorization
      After submitting your request, our Customer Service team will email you a Return Authorization Number along with return instructions.
    3. Ship the Return
      Follow the instructions provided to send back your item(s). Once our Returns Department receives your package, you will be notified by email.
    4. Refund Processing
      Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be completed, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.

      

     

    GIFT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    Received a Gift?
    To exchange your gift for a different color or product, we’ll need proof of purchase.
    Please ask the original purchaser to provide the receipt.

    Exchange Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, makeup, or deodorant marks
    • Tags must be attached
    • Shipping costs for the exchange will be charged to the recipient

    Returns Not Accepted from Gift Recipients:
    Only the original purchaser may request a return for a refund.
    Gift recipients cannot return items for a refund.
