RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For U.S. customers, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. 
We are currently not accepting exchanges. If you would like a different color or product on an order, you will need to purchase the new item(s) you want separately to guarantee availability. Then go through the return process to return the unwanted item(s). 

All initial shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is due to damaged or wrong items shipped.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. All products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up and deodorant marks, stains and must have the tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Any 'Gift with Purchase (GWP)' items included with your merchandise MUST be included in your return for a full refund. 

If you want to request an exchange because you believe the item is defective, please reach out to our Customer service team directly at orders@maevnuniforms.com. In the email, please include your order number, a description, and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

    RETURN PROCEDURE

    *We are currently experiencing technical issues with our return/cancellation form. To avoid any delays, please DO NOT use the form at this time. Instead, kindly email us directly at orders@maevnuniforms.com with the same details you would provide in the form. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    To return your merchandise, please fill out the form below within 30 days of the package received.

    Upon your request, Customer service will email a Return Authorization Number with return instructions.

    When our returns department receives the package, you will be notified by email and a refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

    We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.

    We do not refund the original shipping charge if the total order did not meet the $50 minimum free shipping upon purchase.

      

     

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES FROM A GIFT:

    For any Maevn Outlet products received as gifts, we need a proof of purchase for any exchanges to a different product or color. Please ask the person who purchased the gift to send you the receipt. 

    Exchange shipping cost will be charged to the recipient of the new product.
    An exchange is only possible when the product returned is unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up and deodorant marks, stains and must have the tags attached.

    Any Maevn Outlet products received as gifts are not eligible for returns. Only the person who purchased the gift may proceed to return.
